You gotta do things that scare you.

As of this writing, I haven't seen Ricky Gervais' Golden Globes monologue.I was out in the morning to assist on my mayor's permit renewal and other government dues.Then I went straight to emailing people, creating collaborations, and creating emails while learning under Andre Chaperon in the afternoon.

A lot of people do not like Gervais. His jokes are offensive. Not really good for TV standards.

Call me numb, but enough exposure to Simon Cowell during American Idol days that somehow, made me tolerate Ricky Gervais' humor.

But someone has to do his job.

Mine is the Planning Workshop. So many doubts in my mind when the idea of a webinar-then-workshop popped out of my mind. So many what if's.But since I wouldn't know if I wouldn't try, I took the plunge.Now, the Planning Your Year webinar's helped a handful of people.The Planning Workshop is about to fill up soon.Until now, I am scared! But I am going for it.Here's the thing. If you don't like the Ricky Gervais and Gary Vaynerchucks of the world - you know, they say wisdom but with curse words every ten seconds, be good at what you do and share that goodness to the world.Nobody could ever do your job. So show up.
